Keeping Your Spirits Up After Multiple Job Interviews

Many of us have experienced downturns in our careers. Whether through layoffs, cutbacks or company closings, most of us will have to look for work at some point in our lives. As we find the number of job interviews beginning to stack up, our confidence many begin to fade and we wonder if we will ever find work again. Here's a few things to remember as you continue to schedule and go to job interviews.

Remind yourself that you have a powerful set of skills and valuable experience to share. The trick is to find the right place to apply these gifts. On the job interviews that you have been through thus far, the fit was not quite right. Be grateful that you were not offered a job that may in fact prevent you from finding a much more suitable position. Not getting a job when you apply for it is not a sign of failure.
